Hi everyone! I'd like to take a moment to reintroduce myself. I'm Ginger, one of the photographers behind Three Peaks Studio.

Many of you may remember me from Ginger Snaps Photography, but as life evolves and changes, so do we. Last year I met my amazing husband and stepdaughter, and it didn't take long for me to realize they share my passion for creativity, art, and photography. Together, as a family, we decided to pursue this vision and bring new life to my longtime photography journey as Three Peaks Studio.

I've been a professional photographer for 18 years and have had the privilege of studying under and learning from some of the best photographers in the world. Throughout my journey, my work has been published both online and in print in publications such as Senior Artistry, Senior Inspire, and Prerogative Magazine. I'm excited to continue bringing the same passion, perspective, and artistic vision into this new chapter with Three Peaks Studio.

With the help of my incredible husband and stepdaughter, we're committed to capturing and creating timeless memories that families will cherish for a lifetime.

My journey into photography began 18 years ago with a simple goal, to capture every milestone of my two amazing children. I didn't want to miss a single moment. That love and excitement soon grew to the business many of you came to know as Ginger Snaps Photography.

Now, with a renewed vision, we're on a mission to create timeless and inspiring portraits throughout the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. From my home bases in Bluefield to the surrounding areas, including Bristol, VA and the Tri-cities region.

Hello! I'm Jason, one of the passionate photographers at Three Peaks Studio. My journey to becoming a professional photographer has been anything but conventional. Initially a welder and craftsman, I never imagined I would find my way back to the artistic roots that define who I am. Yet, life has a way of guiding us toward our true passions, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to do what I love once more.

Throughout my school years, art and sports were my heartbeat. I thrived in the vibrant world of creativity, eventually earning the title of All American Scholar in Art at Garden High School. I was honored to design my senior yearbook cover for the Class of 1998, a project that reflected not just my artistic vision, but the spirit of my school.

Sports have always been another significant aspect of my life. I immersed myself in various activities, track, baseball, basketball and football, my true favorite. I excelled on the football field, playing nearly every position, and my passion for sports continues to fuel my photography. I aim to blend my artistic skills with an exhilarating and unique sports photography experience.

Music is another lifelong love of mine. Having sung and played guitar throughout my life, I look forward to intertwining my passion for music with my photography, capturing moments that resonate with emotion and creativity.

Family means the world to me. Having experienced the loss of my parents, a brother and sister, and a beloved daughter, I understand the importance of preserving family memories. My goal is to capture and freeze those precious moments for families to cherish because they are what remain when loved ones have departed.

I am on this photographic journey with my wonderful wife and one of my talented daughters, making each moment even more special. I can't wait to share my artistic vision, along with my love for sports, music and family, with you. So, let the journey begin! 

Hi, I'm Abby! I'm one of the photographers behind Three Peaks Studio.

My love for photography started when I was young. I was always asking my sister to model for me so I could practice taking pictures. Honestly, sometimes I still do. Capturing moments has always been something that came naturally to me, but for a long time it was just a dream I didn't think I'd get to pursue.

Now getting to build this with my dad and stepmom means everything to me. Three Peaks Studio is truly a family business, and that's what makes it so special.

I also have several years of experience in graphic design and photo editing, and I earned a certification in high school. That background helps me bring creativity and careful attention to detail into every photo I take and edit.

What I love most about photography is capturing the moments that families will look back on years from now, the laughter, the hugs, and the little in-between moments that mean the most. My goal is to make every session relaxed, fun, and full of genuine connection so your photos feel as real as the memories themselves.
